Sector: Broadcast Media
I have been working at Broadcast for over 5 years and I am responsible for the full Broadcast marketing solutions and events portfolio. I work with distributors, broadcasters, production companies, and industry watchers, such as banks and legal firms. Based in London with some of my time spent traveling internationally to markets and festivals. Joining the Paradise advisory board will give me the chance to make industry recommendations based on the ever-changing TV and content world. If I’m not at work, it’s likely I’m drinking gin somewhere.
Prior to Broadcast, I worked at Mediaplanet for 4 years. Specializing in native content across print and digital platforms for national newspapers including City AM and The Guardian.
Previous experience includes nannying 4 kids under the age of 2, so working with the Paradise team should be a walk in the park.
Most recently I supported the launch of a new product Distributors Showcase which will provide year-long opportunities. Otherwise, an annual campaign that has grown significantly – Best Places to Work in TV which has been running since 2016. It is amazing to see and hear how the companies benefited from winning and how it impacted the candidates that applied for roles.
Tough one. Beyonce – Lemonade but generally speaking anything Bey related.
Awkward considering I work at Broadcast. I spend a ridiculous amount of time watching TV. I guess the show I have watched since the very beginning (2005) and still do is Grey’s Anatomy – Just did the math – 363 hours worth!
Cooking (and eating), binge watching tele, gin, scrolling on Instagram liking far too many cat related posts, 3 hour naps, travelling, gin.
Sector: Music, Festivals & Travel
I enjoy crafting and implementing strategy with drive, pace and direction. I like to develop, motivate and support talent and I find real joy in connecting people, growing networks and seeing results. Any project I am involved in meets certain criteria and in turn represents cross opportunity for all. My brain functions logically as well as creatively, often generating innovative approaches or considerations.
I have over 15 years’ experience and whether as a founder, director or collaborator, have been integral to a collection of businesses, all of which have a link to the travel events, experience, and adventure space. I have proven experience and a logical approach of bringing visions to life and delivering these to the highest of standards, specifically bringing value to the direction, structure, and coordination of large scale projects, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied, objectives are met and relationships are maintained. Through my experience, I also bring a fantastic network of talent to assist in creating, growing and sustaining amazing concepts and projects

Anything to do with playing in water or snow & eating good food.
I love working with people & have a passion for developing innovative ideas that spur behavioural change with a desire to see a positive social impact as the end result. I love seeing companies do things in a new way that positively affects the way they interact with their customers.
I have been lucky to have opportunities to work in Australia, Germany and the UK. I have experience in tech and social advisory leadership, and strategy with a track record in behavioural change programmes for the public, music and charity sectors.
I started my career as a social worker at 18 & loved seeing people succeed. This is still a passion that drives me today. I took to studying both business and psychology which has aided my understanding of building and delivering the best for people. Over the last number of years, I have taken my knowledge of human behavior and merged it with my knowledge of Tech and Business leading me to work in the field I’m in today.
Gosh, there are many to choose from, I have one whopper of a partnership coming up that I think is going to be the most exciting thing I have worked on sadly its under lock and key.
I’m music feen and find it hard to chose but I would have to say Foo Fighters’ greatest hits is up there… Love me some Dave Grohl.
I’m not even embarrassed to admit this but Greys Anatomy is one that I may have watched more than once.
Art, Travelling, live music, eating all the popcorn in the Paradise studio (with a side of grey goose), fitness, anything water-related and trying to figure out how to buy a sloth online.
Sector: Music & Esports
I work across a range of projects for international clients in the entertainment industry – traditionally music businesses, but I’ve also enjoyed working on esports events this year. My core work is PR, covering everything from copywriting to directing global strategy and daily press liaison. I also dabble in events, present a show on Soho Radio and moderate panels at music industry conferences when I get the chance. Much of my work is project-based/cyclical. Having recently joined the Paradise Advisory Board, my other long-term projects include UK PR for Midem, Global PR for Esports BAR & Development Manager, Music Industry, for global charity, In Place of War.
I started in global comms about 15 years ago at Saatchi & Saatchi. After a brief stint as a freelance journalist, I became a freelance PR consultant with Universal Music as my first serious client. My most recent in-house role was PR & Events Director at Metropolis Studios, London, a few years ago, but I’ve largely been independent for 12 years.
I love being in Cannes a couple of times a year for events I PR, but I’m hugely passionate about all my work, especially the fact that it allows me to travel. International highlights include projects in Dubai, New York, South Korea and Qatar.
