Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking an accomplished, dynamic Commercial Director to play a key role in our forthcoming 3-year growth strategy. This is a pivotal opportunity to join us at a critical juncture, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team as we gear up for the next phase of expansion.
We are in search of an individual with a proven track record in the entertainment industry, ideally within an agency setting. The ideal candidate will be poised to assume full responsibility for commercial operations within the agency, steering us towards unprecedented success.
The Role:
You’ll measure success against a pre determined growth strategy and be a key player in helping us achieve out targets.
You’ll bring your passion and dedication to our talented and friendly agency team.
You’ll manage our new business team daily - sourcing opportunities, helping convert leads and working between both New Business and Client Services to win and maintain work for the agency.
You’ll drive new pitches with Intermediary team.
You’ll push for growth opportunities with Creative Services team and help to nurture the growth of the agencies creative resource.
You’ll have an keen eye for general growth opportunities.
You’ll help build and maintain centralised lead pool.
You’ll oversee all financial inputs within the company monitoring and reporting on status and presenting findings and growth to the board.
You’ll be across, manage and advise on all marketing objectives with the Head of Marketing.
You’ll ensure all commercial activity is in sync and be capable of handling chemistry meetings between all department leads.
You’ll have experience in both running and supporting on both pitches and briefs from end to end including delivery.
You’ll have a full understanding of the business outputs well enough to confidently sell in and upsell, with a confident ability to communicate progress to the wider team and run initiatives that encourage growth.
Job Details:
Full-time, 4 days in house.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience.
