We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Producer to support our creative, production, and client services teams in delivering standout merchandise campaigns. This consultant role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for creative, a strong commercial mindset, and a deep understanding of merchandising within the entertainment industry.

The Role
What we’re looking for:
A freelance consultant with experience in merchandising, production, or creative strategy, ideally within the entertainment, music, or lifestyle industries.
A solid understanding of commercial value—knowing how to make merchandise campaigns both creative and commercially impactful.
An eye for design, branding, and product development, with the ability to spot trends and craft culturally relevant products.
A passion for merchandise-driven brand activations, from live events to influencer campaigns.
A strong all-rounder who can confidently support teams across creative, production, and strategy.
What you’ll do:
Support Our Teams – Work across creative, production, and client services, ensuring merchandise concepts are well-developed, commercially viable, and seamlessly executed.
Concept & Ideation – Develop innovative merchandise and brand experience ideas that align with client objectives and industry trends.
Strategy & Execution – Help bring merchandise campaigns to life across live events, retail, influencer activations, and digital platforms.
Client Collaboration – Join client meetings as a key consultant, providing insights and shaping compelling merchandise solutions.
Production Oversight – Work with suppliers, designers, and manufacturers to ensure top-quality execution.
Pitching & New Business – Play a key role in helping us win new business, shaping creative pitches and providing expertise on entertainment, music, and lifestyle merchandising.
