Paradise is looking for a smart, switched-on Account Manager to join the agency team.
We’re seeking an Account Manager who loves variety and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment. You’ll lead day-to-day relationships across a range of clients and guide projects from concept to delivery. The role blends client partnership, project management, and creative collaboration - balancing creative energy with operational clarity to keep work aligned, on time, and on budget. You’ll report into the Head of Client Services / Account Director and play a key part in our next phase of agency growth.

Things you’ll love:

Client Management

  • Being the main point of contact for your clients, building genuine, trusted relationships with support from senior account colleagues.

  • Understanding each client’s business goals, challenges, and audiences — keeping work aligned to those.

  • Running regular check-ins, sharing updates, and presenting ideas with confidence.

  • Managing multiple accounts across brand, design, and social.

  • Spotting opportunities to grow relationships and add value.

  • Helping steer clients’ marketing and creative strategies, bringing insight and initiative.


Project Management

  • Managing campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to delivery.

  • Keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Coordinating with creative, strategy, and production teams to make the magic happen.

  • Creating and managing budgets, timelines, and key docs like schedules, contact lists, and brief notes.

  • Being proactive, organised, and ready to connect the dots without constant direction.


Creative & Strategy

  • Collaborating with senior and creative teams to build strong, insight-driven ideas.

  • Staying curious about culture, content, and trends that inspire new thinking.

  • Bringing creative input to brainstorms, reviews, and client presentations.

  • Helping shape proposals, pitches, and new opportunities.


Agency Life

  • Joining team meetings, strategy sessions, and client roundtables.

  • Supporting and championing the Paradise culture.

  • Helping drive new business by building relationships and contributing ideas.

Job Details:
Location: Central London (Covent Garden)
Reports to: Head of Client Services / Account Director
Type: Full-time, PAYE - £38k-£40k DOE
