We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team and become the operational backbone behind our Account Directors. This role is all about making things happen - ensuring the work runs smoothly, the details are handled, and the client experience feels seamless from start to finish. You’ll work across a range of clients in FMCG, music, TV and beauty - helping to deliver bold creative work and unforgettable brand moments. You’ll be hands-on, proactive and quietly brilliant — the person who keeps everything on track and makes everyone else’s job easier.

Client Management
Supporting our Account Directors across a portfolio of FMCG, music, TV and beauty clients.
Building genuine, trusted relationships with clients and suppliers — becoming a reliable point of contact for day-to-day comms.
Understanding each client’s goals, challenges and audiences, and keeping delivery aligned to those.
Helping prepare and run client check-ins, updates and presentations with clarity and confidence.
Managing multiple projects across brand, design and social.
Spotting opportunities to strengthen relationships and add value wherever possible.
Bringing curiosity and care to everything you deliver — from emails to ideas.
Project Management
Helping to run campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to delivery.
Keeping projects on schedule, within budget and well-communicated.
Coordinating between creative, strategy and production teams to make the magic happen.
Maintaining key documents — budgets, timelines, contact lists and briefs — and keeping them accurate and up-to-date.
Being proactive, organised and solutions-focused — connecting the dots without needing to be asked twice.
Creative & Strategy
Collaborating with senior and creative teams to turn briefs into ideas that resonate.
Staying curious about culture, content and trends that spark new thinking.
Contributing creative input to brainstorms, reviews and presentations.
Helping shape proposals and pitch decks — bringing polish and perspective to how we present work.
Agency Life
Joining team meetings, creative sessions and client workshops.
