We’re looking for a proactive and detail driven Merchandise Operations Coordinator to join our growing Merchandise team at Paradise. You’ll help deliver global merchandise projects for theme parks, live experiences, festivals and event retail supporting campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable entertainment IPs. Working across supplier quotes and communications through to freight partners and logistics admin, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving and ensuring key details are tracked and accurate.

The Merchandise department designs, sources, and delivers high quality branded merchandise for clients around the world, working on gift shops retail ranges for live experiences and themed attractions. Things you’ll love:
Supplier & Quote Admin
Taking supplier quotes, convert them into internal cost templates (USD ⇄ GBP, freight/duty add-ons etc)
Maintaining and updating project trackers and spreadsheets, Issue and track order acknowledgments and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital folders.
Working closely with project managers and account teams to ensure order delivery and logistics are aligned with project timelines.
Building operational relationships, managing day-to-day communications and follow-ups.
Freight & Logistics Support
Owning day-to-day tracking of shipments from factory to destination; liaise with freight forwarders and couriers.
Preparing and verifying commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery manifests, for international customs documentation.
Keeping track of ETAs, PODs, and ensure delivery status’ updated; raise any flags where needed
Researching and presenting HS codes checking duty and tariff percentages for shipments
Ensuring all product, carton, and shipment data is correctly filed and accessible.
Things we love:
Those with 2+ years’ experience in operations support, production administration, logistics coordination, or similar
Highly organised team players, with strong Excel/ Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas, conversions, and data tracking)
Excellent communicators able to liaise with overseas suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams
Friendly, collaborative team players, calm under pressure and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Covent Garden. Monday-Thursday in-studio + WFH Fridays
Reports to: Merchandise Production Manager
Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000
