We’re looking for a Merchandise & Operations Support team member to join Paradise on a 3-month contract and help keep projects, suppliers and deliveries moving across merchandise, campaigns and live experiences. You’ll support work from initial sourcing through to fulfilment — across merchandise, events, production and everything in between.
We want someone organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. Someone who enjoys operational detail, understands production workflows, and can bring calm structure to fast-moving projects. You’ll join a high-energy team working at the intersection of brand, culture, experience and physical product.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage supplier liaison and negotiation across merchandise and production partners
• Oversee the end-to-end supplier and product process from sourcing through to delivery
• Coordinate fulfilment of assets, merchandise and production items to clients
• Manage shipping coordination, logistics and quote sourcing
• Support pricing, mark-ups, margin tracking and commercial detail
• Support project managers across live merchandise, event and campaign delivery
• Maintain organisation, workflow tracking and project hygiene across live jobs
• Support client meetings and manage follow-ups where required
• Help ensure timelines, approvals and deliverables stay on track

• Comfort using tools like Notion or similar workflow platforms
