We’re looking for a Merchandise & Operations Support team member to join Paradise on a 3-month contract and help keep projects, suppliers and deliveries moving across merchandise campaigns.
You’ll support the team, work with suppliers and factories, help with brand approval sheets, and support logistics planning.
We want someone organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. Someone who enjoys operational detail, understands production workflows, and can bring calm structure to fast-moving projects, all in a high energy team environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee the end-to-end supplier and product process from sourcing through to delivery
• Organising assets to support IP brand approvals and factory sampling and production
• Manage shipping coordination, logistics and quote sourcing
• Support pricing, mark-ups, margin tracking and commercial detail
• Maintain organisation, workflow tracking and project hygiene across live jobs
• Support client meetings and manage follow-ups where required
• Help ensure timelines, approvals and deliverables stay on track

• Experience working on merchandise or retail physical product delivery
• Experience using tools like Asana or similar workflow platforms
• Experience using Excel / Google sheets
• Experience using Google Slides, and assist visual layout for IP approvals
• Experience supporting live events, activations or campaign production
• Familiarity with factory liaison shipping, fulfilment or logistics coordination
• Experience working inside a creative / agency environment

Role: Merchandise Project Manager (3-month contract)
Location: London Monday to Thursday in office with Friday’s WFH
Start Date: Immediate / near-term
Contract: 3-month exploratory contract
