We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts across brand, entertainment and lifestyle sectors. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social — with strong instincts for what works, a creative eye for detail, and the confidence to own the full lifecycle of social content. You’ll plan, brief, create and deliver — collaborating with creators, producers and internal teams to make standout social work that cuts through. From managing content calendars and shoots to sourcing creators and reporting performance, you’ll be the one keeping every moving part aligned, on-brand and on time.

Things you’ll love:
Content & Campaigns
Owning the day-to-day delivery of social campaigns across multiple clients.
Planning and maintaining forward-facing content calendars (typically 3 months ahead).
Developing creative ideas and concepts that align with wider campaign strategies.
Working across platforms — TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X — with confidence and consistency.
Creating, briefing and reviewing social content that feels native, trend-aware and culturally sharp.
Bringing ideas to shoots, reviews and edits — ensuring output always reflects the brand and audience.
Creator & Community Management
Leading the full creator management process — sourcing, briefing and managing social-first talent and UGC creators.
Coordinating shoots and edits with production partners and freelancers.
Reviewing content to maintain quality, tone and delivery standards.
Acting as the frontline for community management — posting, engaging and reacting in real time.
Building strong relationships with creators and influencers to drive long-term collaboration.
Performance & Reporting
Monitoring content performance, analysing data and reporting key insights to clients and the wider team.
Using insights to refine strategy, optimise performance and inform future creative direction.
Keeping on top of emerging trends, new formats and algorithm updates.
Proactively identifying opportunities to innovate, test and experiment.
Collaboration & Culture
Working hand-in-hand with brand, creative and client services teams to keep campaigns cohesive and aligned.
Helping shape ideas that sit across social, brand and experience.
Being part of a small but mighty social team that thrives on collaboration and quick thinking.
Contributing to brainstorms, strategy sessions and Paradise culture moments.
Things we love:
Proven experience managing multiple brand social channels in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of platform best practices — particularly TikTok and Instagram.
Experience with UGC, influencer outreach and creator partnerships.
A keen creative eye and sharp instincts for what performs online.
