The role:
As a result of an exciting new client win, we’re looking for a new Social Media Strategist to join the team at Paradise. You’ll be joining us to work primarily on one of our major FMCG clients. You’ll also be contributing to at least two other FMCG client accounts as well as helping our social media team on the wider proposition.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is bright, dynamic and positive about the client’s business, someone commercially minded with a sensitive understanding of the client’s objectives. We're looking for somebody not shaken when a barrier appears, who's committed, and a finisher of projects and tasks.
You'll be onboarding at a pivotal point as you join our small but powerful social team, and be a right-hand powerhouse to our Senior Designers and Creative Director - delivering award-winning work as part of our 3-year agency growth plan.
What about you?
You'll have the ability to develop and implement a winning content delivery model for our new client in-line with the pitched and bought strategy
You’ll activate against the agreed campaign timeline, including channel selection, content ideation, creation and publishing - plus reporting, and optimisation
You’ll help develop and lead influencer management for the campaign: building relationships and utilising budget to get the best possible ROI
You'll consult on paid activity in alignment with our paid specialist
You'll plan a year round content calendar with set KPIs against commercial business objectives
You'll brief and manage the creative resource within the agency, to ensure content is delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard
You'll manage the development of social media creative toolkits and a kit of parts for creative assets - including delivery to client as required
You'll work with an Account Management team to set objectives and milestones for campaign delivery + proactively seek opportunities to grow accounts
You'll produce monthly performance reports - both organic and inclusive of paid metrics - to ensure continuous optimisation and improvement of campaign activity
Most importantly, you’ll be responsible for supporting our social function across the entire business, so you’ll want to immerse yourself in the Paradise world
You'll have a passion for social media and all things digital with a desire to stay on top of developing trends in the social media space
You'll have social media marketing in-house/agency experience and be competent in content publishing and channel management
Ideally you'll have community manager experience for big FMCG brand (either agency or brand side)
Job Details:
In house role, 3 days per week initially with option to extend.
Salary/Day-Rate: Based on experience.
