Introducing Lou Jennings

Sector: Music, Festivals & Travel

About Lou:

I enjoy crafting and implementing strategy with drive, pace and direction. I like to develop, motivate and support talent and I find real joy in connecting people, growing networks and seeing results. Any project I am involved in meets certain criteria and in turn represents cross opportunity for all. My brain functions logically as well as creatively, often generating innovative approaches or considerations.

I have over 15 years’ experience and whether as a founder, director or collaborator, have been integral to a collection of businesses, all of which have a link to the travel events, experience, and adventure space. I have proven experience and a logical approach of bringing visions to life and delivering these to the highest of standards, specifically bringing value to the direction, structure, and coordination of large scale projects, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied, objectives are met and relationships are maintained. Through my experience, I also bring a fantastic network of talent to assist in creating, growing and sustaining amazing concepts and projects

Sector: Corporate

About me:

I love working with people & have a passion for developing innovative ideas that spur behavioural change with a desire to see a positive social impact as the end result. I love seeing companies do things in a new way that positively affects the way they interact with their customers.

I have been lucky to have opportunities to work in Australia, Germany and the UK. I have experience in tech and social advisory leadership, and strategy with a track record in behavioural change programmes for the public, music and charity sectors.

Previous roles:

I started my career as a social worker at 18 & loved seeing people succeed. This is still a passion that drives me today. I took to studying both business and psychology which has aided my understanding of building and delivering the best for people. Over the last number of years, I have taken my knowledge of human behavior and merged it with my knowledge of Tech and Business leading me to work in the field I’m in today.

Most exciting thing I’ve worked on to date:

Gosh, there are many to choose from, I have one whopper of a partnership coming up that I think is going to be the most exciting thing I have worked on sadly its under lock and key.
