The Association of Independent Music organisation provides a collective voice for some of the largest music labels and artists in the world.
We were appointed the brand team to direct & artwork the AIM rebrand (the first in 10 years). We establish a modern yet fitting new positioning for the brand.
Our brand team took a lot of influence from old-school labels, publishers, and iconic music brands. We wanted to give the logo strength and develop an asset that would stand the test of time. We toyed with concept designs, providing visuals and renders to ensure that the branding would be scalable across AIM’s range of sub-brands and assets. The end result has a really modern feel but retains a sense of transparency and simplicity that we felt sat well with Aim’s values.
