Careers 2 open roles

Come work in
Paradise.

We’re always on the lookout for passionate, creative people who want to make an impact. Whether you’re a designer, strategist, producer, or all-round ideas person, our door is open.

  1. Studio London Full-time

We’re looking for a Creative Director to join Paradise and lead the next chapter of our creative department.

This isn’t a traditional Creative Director role built around being the single creative voice in the room. We’re looking for someone who can lead pitches, shape brilliant ideas and set an exceptional creative standard - while building the confidence, energy and capability of the team around them. Someone who can own the work when needed, bring in the right people when needed, and make everything and everyone around them better.

    Salary
    £60,000 – £65,000
    Reports to
    CEO

    What you'll do

    • Creative Leadership: Lead our biggest pitches and campaigns, developing big ideas and creative platforms that turn strategy into world-class work.
    • Stay hands-on, whether that’s in Figma, shaping a deck or cracking an idea, and present with confidence to clients.
    • Studio Leadership: Lead and inspire the in-house studio, bringing energy, momentum and clear creative direction.
    • Help designers grow their thinking, craft and confidence in a culture where feedback and experimentation are welcomed.
    • Agency Leadership: Champion creativity across Paradise, working closely with Strategy, Client Services, Social, Experience and Merchandise.
    • Play a senior role in new business and client relationships, and help shape how our creative department grows.

    What you'll bring

    • Exceptional ideas and the craft to make them happen across brand, campaigns and cultural activations.
    • A hands-on approach to leadership, and as much drive to grow others as to develop your own ideas.
    • The commercial confidence to lead a room, pitch with conviction and build client trust, without needing to be the loudest voice.
    • A real feel for culture and entertainment, an understanding of why people care about brands, and the energy to raise a team’s ambition.
    • The ambition to help build something new, rather than simply inherit a department.
  2. Social London Part-time

We’re looking for a brilliant, hands-on Fractional Social Creative to join Paradise 2-3 days a week and help turn social strategy into great day-to-day output.

This is a role for someone who knows how to make social happen. You’ll work closely with our Social Strategist and wider creative team, taking the bigger strategic direction and turning it into content - writing copy, developing ideas, managing calendars, shooting and producing content, editing social-first video and making sure our clients’ channels stay culturally relevant, creatively strong and moving at pace.

Our strategist will continue to lead the bigger picture - strategy, platform thinking, trends and direction. You’ll help turn that thinking into output.
