INTRODUCING PARADISE 2.0

The world has changed, and so has the way people engage with brands. Attention has become harder to earn, audiences have become more selective and expectations are higher than ever before. Today, brands aren’t simply competing with others in their category. They’re competing with music, sport, creators, streaming platforms, communities and culture itself. In a world where people can skip, scroll or switch off within seconds, visibility alone is no longer enough.

At Paradise, we’ve spent years believing that the brands people remember aren’t always the loudest. They’re the brands people actively choose to spend time with. The ones that entertain, create emotion and become part of culture rather than interrupt it. That belief has shaped everything we’ve built, from the campaigns we create to the experiences we design and the way we think about helping brands grow.

As audiences evolve, we believe agencies have to evolve too. That’s why we’re introducing Paradise 2.0, a refreshed expression of who we are and a renewed commitment to what we’ve always believed. Not a departure from our identity, but a sharper, bolder and more confident version of it.

Paradise 2.0 represents our belief that entertainment is no longer an added extra in marketing. It’s not a final creative layer or something considered once the strategy is complete. We believe entertainment has become one of the most powerful ways for brands to create relevance, build connection and earn attention in an increasingly distracted world.

“People don’t remember what interrupted them. They remember what entertained them.”

Over time, too much marketing has become predictable. Safe campaigns. Familiar formats. Content designed to fill channels rather than genuinely move people. We believe audiences deserve more than that, and so do the brands we work with. For us, the challenge has never been about simply helping brands be seen. It’s about helping them create moments people remember.

That thinking sits at the centre of Our Promise to Entertainment.

It’s a promise to challenge expected thinking and push beyond ideas that feel safe. A promise to create work with energy, emotion and cultural relevance. A commitment to staying close to what people care about and building brands people actively want to engage with rather than avoid.

Most importantly, it’s a promise to create work that makes people feel something.
Because entertainment creates emotion.
Emotion creates memory.
Memory creates fandom.
And fandom changes everything.

The strongest brands in the world understand that growth isn’t built solely through reach. It’s built through connection. Through creating experiences, campaigns and conversations that people choose to be part of. We believe the future belongs to brands that understand this shift and are willing to embrace it. Paradise 2.0 is our commitment to helping brands navigate that future. To becoming bolder in our creativity, more opinionated in our thinking and more relentless in our mission to eliminate boring wherever we find it.

While our expression has evolved, our belief remains exactly the same.
To create work that earns attention rather than demands it.
To build brands rooted in culture, emotion and impact.
And above all else, to entertain.

This is Our Promise to Entertainment.
This is Paradise 2.0.
Entertainment first. Forever & always.
